Peruvian superfood
Banana
Superfoods are foods with a high nutritional value rich in antioxidants , healthy fats or vitamins .
My favorite peruvian superfood is plantain , which is a sweet and taste fruit with yellow skin and white flesh.
Banana is necessary to maintain the health of various systems, such as bones and muscles, as well as being rich in vitamins and minerals.
Ice cream and banana cake are my favorites since thanks to the banana there is no need to add sugar to dessert.
It should be noted that banana is a good fruit in vegan and non- vegan cakes.
But it is not good to abuse with consumption since it is advisable to eat 1-2 bananas a day .
You should definitely use the banana in your pastry, it will taste delicious.
